Falls Clinics in NH:

• Catholic Medical Center’s Outpatient Rehab Department in Manchester, NH, provides a monthly falls clinic for patients with a history of falls or an increased potential for falls. A multidisciplinary team consisting of a doctor, physical therapist, and occupational therapist assess each individual’s risk factors and determines an appropriate treatment plan.
